Do I need to have my ID with me?
Yes! This is a security requirement, given the sensitive nature of the venue where xDay 2023 is held. Any form of valid ID will work (national ID card, passport, driver’s license).
I have received a QR code for checking in. Can I still use my NFT ticket?
Yes, of course you can use your NFT ticket to check in. We have sent all participants the additional QR code, just in case.

When will xDay 2023 take place?
The 2023 edition of xDay will be held between the 19th and 21st of October.
How do I get to the xDay 2023 location?
The Palace of Parliament is located at Strada Izvor 2-4, București, Romania. You can travel to the event by car, public transportation, or on foot. Please find more details at the following link: http://cic.cdep.ro/en
Can I participate online?
Yes, the entire conference will be Livestreamed on YouTube and a detailed overview on the specific steps will be added 2 weeks before the event.
In which language will the talks and presentations be held?
The keynotes and presentations will be held in English, with Romanian subtitles.

What are the tracks available for the xDay Hackathon?
The hackathon has six tracks under 2 journeys:
- Future of technology: AI, DeFi, Payments, Infrastructure & Dev Tooling, Mobile Apps,
- Gaming & Metaverse
Participants can select any of these based on their expertise and interest.
When will the xDay Hackathon start?
There will be an online kick-off ceremony on the 21st of September.
Are there any workshops planned?
After the xDay Hackathon kick-off ceremony on September 21st, there will be a series of engaging workshops organized by MultiversX and its partners. Additionally, there will be 4 AMA sessions tentatively scheduled for the second week, an opportunity to meet mentors and the MultiversX team.
Is the xDay Hackathon an online or in-person hackathon?
The xDay Hackathon is hosted online (by Encode and Dorahacks), with a grand finale at xDay, consisting of a 24h in-person Hackathon.
Participation in the finale at xDay is optional, it offers participants the chance to take part in one of the biggest tech conferences of the year, with over 3,000 attendees, including government officials, company executives and VCs.
Teams unable to make it to xDay will not face disqualification or point deductions. However, it's crucial that they submit their projects by October 20th, the same deadline set for in-person attendees.
